Just because something works for me doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work for you. If I had a nickel for every time I tried a product that other bloggers loved and absolutely hated it, I’d be filthy rich! All opinions stated on this blog are my own, and you have every right to agree or disagree with these opinions. Please note that I am not liable if you try a product and have a bad experience with it.
Sometimes companies are nice enough to send me free product in exchange for a review. This does not affect my opinion on the products. If I don’t like a product, I will gladly say so. My number one priority is to be honest with my readers, and receiving free product does not make me biased. I try to only highlight products that I like using, but every once in a while I do post a negative review if the product is truly atrocious. I do not and will not be paid by a company to publish a positive review of their product. That is a major no-no in my book, so don’t worry about seeing a fake review on Brikasia.
Review Policy
I will happily review any product that I feel makes a good fit for my blog. However, this is NOT a review blog, and I am very picky about the products that I dedicate a full review post for. This means that if you send a product for consideration, it may not get a full post dedicated to it. Please don’t take this personally or be offended- I am just trying to create unique and organic content rather than review after review. However, I will definitely use any product sent to me in a tutorial or product roundup post, unless I really don’t like the product. But if a product just doesn’t work out for me, I will ALWAYS let you know. If you would like a guaranteed review, then please get in touch with me and I’ll send over my sponsored post rates.
Affiliate Links, Sponsored Posts, and Other Advertising
Sometimes I utilize affiliate links and banner ads on Brikasia. I reserve the right to do so. Sometimes I will even do sponsored posts. Please note that this will be disclosed on the blog post if there is sponsored content, affiliate links, or advertising of any type in a post.
Any money generated from links, sponsored posts, and banner ads go into making Brikasia a better blog. Blogging is expensive, and beauty blogging is even more expensive! Money gained from Brikasia goes back into buying new products, covering blogging expenses, and anything else that helps make Brikasia a better blog. Don’t get too excited though- I am not making enough to phone home about. I cannot make a living off blogging. I wish I could, but alas, I cannot. Thanks for supporting my passion project, though!
